I’m not able to login in to the MyOTC Learning Centre
  • Check you are trying to log in to the correct site. The MyOTC login page is located at www.myotc.net
  • Verify that you have completed registration for your course. If you are in any doubt please contact the college using the form below or click here to send us an email.
  • Ensure you are entering the correct information. For example, it is not unusual for students to try and use their email address rather than username on the login page. Check you have entered the login details that were sent to you and make sure you have entered them exactly as is. NOTE: This assumes you have not changed your password. If you have changed it and cannot remember what it is, click here to begin the process of obtaining a new password.
  • If you have previously changed your password, and cannot remember it, click here to begin the process of obtaining a new password.
  • Our learning centre is designed to work on most desktop computers, laptops, tablets (e.g. iPad, Samsung Galaxy) and internet-enabled mobile phones. Check the device you are using to access the learning centre meets the minimum requirements by clicking here.
