The Certificate in Supported Employment is a highly regarded professional qualification for those working in the sector. 

Through interactive online workshops and resources, practitioners reflect, practice, and refine their skills to implement each stage of the SE model at the highest standard. The workshop facilitators are highly experienced and create a constructive, supportive environment so that participants leave more confident, with clear guidance on how to help job seekers gain and maintain real work.  

The course lasts 11 weeks, so applicants need to be able to support a job seeker in gaining or maintaining employment. The assessments, aligned with all College courses, are applied. Participants must submit a case study detailing how they supported an individual seeking employment and critically reflect on their practice to continually develop as a professional in this competitive and dynamic sector.
