Welcome to your Practice Placement. The placement aspects of your BA in Social Care are vital in providing you with rich opportunities to apply your learning to practice in a variety of social care settings.

Good Back Care and Safer Manual Handling
A course on the theory aspect of manual handling.
Online Fire Prevention Training
The online module in this area has been designed to inform new employees of their responsibilities around fire prevention in St. Michaels House but the theory and information is relevant to all social care students. To view you will need to ensure that your device has an adobe flash player. The online version is best viewed through Google Chrome or Opera.
