SMH: Positive Behaviour Supports Roll Out 63 Online 2024
This course provides staff with the knowledge, skills and competencies to complete two QQI Level 5 modules; namely Challenging Behaviour and Person-Centred Focus to Disability.
Once complete the student will have explored how to support individuals with intellectual disability who present with behaviour(s) that challenge and to apply a person-centred focus to their work with people with disabilities in a variety of settings.
In addition, the course provides some wrap around information on the organisation's latest policy on positive behaviour supports.
