The Manager as Coach and Mentor 23/24

The second module of this six-module course that you will be studying is entitled The Manager as Coach and Mentor'. 


The aim of this module is to facilitate the student in understanding the importance of coaching and mentoring as additional approaches in supporting staff members within human service settings as well as considering the relevance of these approaches in further informing the Supervision process. Additionally, the module also explores conflict and conflict resolution as well as mediation and their importance and relevance to the role of the manager.

Project Management 23/24

The first module of this five-module programme that you will be studying is entitled 'Project Management'.  This module will guide you through the process of planning, budgeting, coordinating and monitoring a series of pre-determined steps to achieve a particular goal or objective within an agreed timescale.
